300 - 500 = 200!

Today, I only ate 300 calories... And lost 500 calories....

I did zumba again, and this time I did 30 mins!

I'm thinking about joining the gym and doing some more things there next week... I just gotta keep on track!

Back again!

So, the last few days I was a total slacker in the work out area.
I didn't do anything at all..

But, on the plus side, I still ate healthy.

I did eat about 5 - 7 little star burst party mix lollies....And they were SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sugary, my mouth was sour after I ate them....It was gross.

It's funny how taste buds change after a few weeks.

I just did zumba for 15 mins, just to get my body ready again for tomorrow for a 40 minute workout.... It's my way of telling it to wake the hell up, it's time to party!!!!!!!!!

And, I want to fit into a hot bikini for once, so by the time I go to Bora Bora in Tahiti, I can finally wear one.

Why wear a bikini in a lake for the first time, if you can wear one in paradise on earth?

Nearly....

I nearly bought fast food today...Someone left a flyer for kfc sitting on the table, I saw it...And of course I went back to my natural instinct and wanted fast food.

Instead, I went and did zumba for 40 minutes, then ate a healthy dinner :)

Woooo I'll be skinny in no time!

Back on my feet again!

I was feeling sooooooooooo lazy the last few days, but I did zumba last night for about 15 minutes, and it made me wake up and pick up the pace again today.

My gums from my wisdom teeth are soooo much better, so I could finally eat solid foods today.
I ate a mountain bread (rye) chicken salad wrap, 2 low fat vaalia yoghurt's & I am just about to make a low fat "chicken tonight lite" casserole with salad for dinner, then having a small portion of popcorn or nuts as a snack before bed.


I also did zumba for 35 minutes and worked up a sweat, losing 610 calories.

Teeth Suck!

I have had the worst wisdom tooth pain the last few days, so I can barely eat at all.

I've eaten an omelette and I couldn't even eat that!

This sound weird, but eating vita-wheat multi grain crackers with tzatziki dip is edible.
Crunch up the crackers on one side, and they go really soft, so its easy to swallow.

I also bought some low-carb high protein power bars and also shakes for when I do zumba, these should help alot!

They look tasty too... Pity my gums hurt :(

The elevator to success is broken....You'll have to take the stair case, one step at a time.

So, I started my "diet" 2 weeks ago as of today.

The start of my diet was a little rocky, but I am starting to feel great.
At first I started cutting back on junk food, and eating what I thought was "healthy", walking on the treadmill & joining the weight watchers website... This didn't work well at all.

I started putting up posts on facebook about my weight loss journey so far, and the support has been great!

I also purchased 'Zumba', and I will tell you what, it works like a charm!
In 6 days, I lost 2kg!

The last 2 days I haven't really felt like wanting to do zumba, i've been really tired... But, I think some extra motivation will help me get back on my feet again.

Today, I saw a dietician & worked out a meal plan.
I highly recommend this for anyone losing weight, it's like $50 for an hour to see someone (depending who you see).
I told her what foods I ate in the past, what I have been eating in the past 2 weeks, and funnily enough, the muesli bars, vege chips & healthy rice crackers are the worst!

I now can't eat much carb at all, but mostly protein in my diet.

Dairy; Milk(1tsp milo), Yoghurt, Low Fat Cheese, Lite Cream Cheese.
Meat; Turkey, Salmon, Tuna, Chicken
Vege; Anything that has no carbohydrates (like potato..ect)....I can eat Carrots, Celery, Cucumber, Lettuce, Tomato..ect
Drinks; Water or 0 sugar soft drink.

No pasta, no rice, no potato, no fatty meats, no white bread...
