My gums from my wisdom teeth are soooo much better, so I could finally eat solid foods today.
I ate a mountain bread (rye) chicken salad wrap, 2 low fat vaalia yoghurt's & I am just about to make a low fat "chicken tonight lite" casserole with salad for dinner, then having a small portion of popcorn or nuts as a snack before bed.
I also did zumba for 35 minutes and worked up a sweat, losing 610 calories.
SO, each day I track this, and I am always under my calorie intake. Losing more calories, and not stuffing more in my mouth!!! :)
