I've eaten an omelette and I couldn't even eat that!
This sound weird, but eating vita-wheat multi grain crackers with tzatziki dip is edible.
Crunch up the crackers on one side, and they go really soft, so its easy to swallow.
I also bought some low-carb high protein power bars and also shakes for when I do zumba, these should help alot!
They look tasty too... Pity my gums hurt :(
